Super Smoothies


Today's breakfast smoothie: 30g traditional oats, 1 cup papaya, 1/2 banana, 1/2 cup frozen berries, 1 c water. Blend until super smooth. Hit my 2 serve of fruit in one glass. Slow burn carbs for my tennis lesson plus Zumba at 9am and plenty of antioxidants and flavanols from the berries to counteract any free radicals produced during exercise and my bad tennis skills. Serves one adult and one baby/toddler.
