Welcome! I’m a passionate and experienced dietitian who embraces all people, all bodies, and all foods.
I combine my Masters in Nutrition and Dietetics with my background in Psychology to provide compassionate, personalized care to support your unique health journey.
With extensive experience working with individuals across the eating disorder spectrum, I take a person-centered, trauma-informed, weight-neutral, and neurodiversity-affirming approach to nutrition care.
As a mother of three, I understand the challenges families face with nutrition, I’m here to provide practical, evidence-based guidance as you navigate digestive health, work on body acceptance, or manage a chronic condition.

"We are so lucky to have found Ai to help my son navigate the course of elite sports. She was very experienced in the right way to gain weight after many years of struggling due to intense training and provided guidance on pre and post meet nutrition. Helping a teenager understand the importance of a balanced meal and teach him what to cook for himself comes so naturally to her. She even inspired him to study nutrition. Can’t thank you enough Ai."

"I was seeing Ai to help me recover from my eating disorder. We set a goal to help me break free from all the food rules, get my periods back and in turn be able to fall pregnant.
Ai was my guiding light throughout what we know is a difficult process, helping me build stepping stones to get to my end goal. She was really supportive, helping to create meal plans, checking in to see how I was feeling in my body & providing me further reading material so I'd feel informed and normalise the emotions I was riding through on my journey."
Christine C, Hong Kong-Melbourne
" We have been working with Ai for a few years and I am so grateful for her genuine care, professionalism and breadth of knowledge. She is able to connect with teens really well. Ai is much more than a dietitian! "
