Ai Jerome is an experienced dietitian, providing specialized nutrition care for IBS/gut health, impaired glucose tolerance (PCOS/diabetes), women's health, chronic dieting, and working with clients on the eating disorder spectrum.

 

She takes a person-centered, trauma-informed, weight-neutral, and neurodiversity-affirming approach, working within the Health At Every Size (HAES®) aligned. Ai helps others improve their relationship with food and body, fostering body trust and confidence with food.

Ai has worked in food consulting and menu development for hotels, schools and institutions, in hospitals and private practice and in research at the University of Sydney. Ai has a passion for food and evidence-based science; and uses a practical, no-fuss approach to nutrition education and nutrition/dietary management with her clients.

 

Mother of 3, Ai works with private clients specialising in Eating Disorders, Food Intolerance and IBS, Women's’ Health and Family Nutrition, and Chronic Disease Management such as Diabetes and Heart Disease.

Ai has worked in clinical nutrition and nutrition counseling for more than 17 years, in Australia, Hong Kong and Thailand.
