In order to secure your appointment, payment for nutrition packages are paid in advance.
Nutrition Session Packages are designed to give you , carefully planned nutrition counselling and education and quality care throughout your treatment.
Wellness or Cardiovascular Disease Package (2 sessions minimum)
Medical Nutrition therapy (3 sessions)
Newly diagnosed Diabetes Nutrition Package (4 sessions)
Food intolerance Investigation Package (4 session minimum)
Eating Disorder Nutrition counselling and treatment (4 session minimum)
Additional packages and reviews can be arranged thereafter.
*In order to provide the best continuum of care, please be advised that single sessions are unavailable to new clients.

Missed Appointment Policy
Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 3 working days notice.
No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our clinicians, but our other clients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments.
When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. In order to be respectful of your fellow clients, please contact us as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We will respond as soon as possible.
A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 3 days before the appointed time. A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without cancelling. Late cancellation/no show fees can apply.
For new patients’ first appointments, a no show or late cancellation will result in a full charge of the initial consultation fee.
