HOW DO NUTRITION CONSULTATIONS WORK?
Depending on your health goal, it typically requires >2 - 4 sessions to achieve lasting and noticeable results.
INITIAL CONSULTATIONS (60-90 minutes)
In your first consultation, Ai takes the time to get the full picture on your health status, full medical history including medications and supplements, daily habits and eating patterns. From here, Ai assesses your current nutrition status and then designs an individualised eating plan to suit your lifestyle and nutrition requirements. Ai's combines her extensive knowledge of nutrition science, nutrition counselling and cooking and food preparation to help the client understand how each element of the diet interacts with the body and how to use nutrition as a nourishing tool to achieve your health goal.
INITIAL REVIEW (45-60 mins)
In your second consultation, Ai reviews your progress and makes any necessary adjustments to your plan. Further nutrition education and tips to help you along the way.
SUBSEQUENT REVIEWS (15-20 mins)
Progress reviews on your current plan and health goals and how it is working with your current requirements. Adjustments, further information and tips to keep you motivated and on track.
Nutrition assessments and treatment plans can be communicated to your specialist, doctor, health practitioner by email, when required. Ai recommends at least 3-4 consultations with in a 6- 10 week period to ensure that you are well equipped to achieving your health goal. This allows for any necessary adjustments to be made as your body and metabolism changes over the weeks of nutrition intervention and beyond. Your personalized consultation will put you on track to meet your health goals.
